CPL (Colored Position Lights) show a STOP aspect as eastbound grain train passes. There is another train on the track to the left waiting to go west. This is where two tracks become one going west. The train in the photo is eastbound coming off the single track onto the double main.

After the eastbound grain train passes, the signal changes to yellow

 

 

Westbound train has been parked in "the hole" for over an hour waiting for the eastbound to pass
He finally gets the green to go West.
Underway past the green signal
As soon as he hits the signal block, the CPL changes to RED
